Pinetum Garden Retreats

The surrounding were quite nice a quite location until the morning.

Awning area was run down. The shower was unusable as it was far to hot and couldn't be adjusted. Water tank in bedroom cupboard was constantly refilling which was quite loud whist trying to sleep Toaster didn't work and dinning room table was broken which couldn't be used. I would like to say that we were highly disappointed to be awoken at 8am to the sound of a large mobile crane right outside due to work taken place next to us. Not even being made aware that this would be happen and with checkout at 10am they could of waited for us to depart before the work commenced.

It was really fun and the caravan was to a high standard. Great setting too

We would have liked some written instruction for some of the switches etc

The caravan wasn't prepared for us at all. Upon arrival, we were initially charged a £50 late fee. It only mentioned an extension, not a delay, which I hadn't been informed of beforehand. There was no bedding for my daughter's bed, and the entrance light didn't work. There was no cold water in the entire caravan, and a shelf in the cupboard was broken. Staff showed no interest or intervention when I asked for the outside light to be fixed because it wasn't working and it was very dark in the evening. My daughter slipped on her way down the last night, injuring her leg. Next, we reported the shelf because a hinge was broken, and the cold water supply needed to be fixed because it wasn't there at all, so showering or washing dishes was only possible with boiling water. All of this was reported on the first day, and no one responded for the rest of our stay.

Can was great and well equipped, perfect location and within easy access to the local amenities. Greeted and dealt with perfectly we will definitely be back.

Everything was lovely, the location is fantastic and we were assisted very quickly with everything we needed! Will definitely be coming back

Loved the location, comfy bed, hot shower, proximity to supermarket, bakery and the beach.

The noise during quiet hours caused by other residents. Loud music at 7am and chattering/laughing outside until 2am. Unfortunately the stay wasn’t as restful/peaceful as we expected.

Great location to local amenities.

The caravan had a drainage issue and the smell was unbearable. We requested help but it couldn't be resolved, just left the latch open all night 😔
