The location was perfect for my needs, interlay the Pod was clean and tidy well equipped and the kitchen facilities were as expected and satisfied my needs. Parking was really handy and views from the Pod were good with immediate access to good walking for me and my dog.

The Pod was externally not as pictured or described with no external covered area to the front. The canopy pictured appeared to have been removed or torn off as mounting point were visible but damage had not been repaired. The heating system appeared to be set at 16'C which was comfortable for me for sleeping but to low once out of bed. There was no instructions as to how to adjust temperature so it was comfortable. Even though the plumbing was for hot water to sink, wash basin and shower there was no hot water at all so when any of the mixer tapes were turned to the hot side there was no pressure and only very cold water was available. Durning my hole stay no staff were seen on site at all.

Clean. Hot tub was nice unexpected surprise. Everything was excellent and well organised.

Flat batteries in remote. But that’s a small point. Perhaps couple of teabags for a cup of tea in morning as we were just an overnight stay

Very close to the town centre Clean Good value for money

The mattress wasn’t the comfiest other than that was beyond expectations

Water pooled in the middle of the bathroom slightly after showering

Excellent facilities everything you needed was provided . Very private nice temperature for the private hot tub and bonus of a BBQ

The ONLY down side was that the awning / porch outside area was not there . We phoned Management as soon as we arrived and they basically said the wind had caught it and replacement wasn't due for a few weeks . It would have been nice if we had been advised of this prior to our stay as the Pod as it currently is not as advertised in the pictures. Every time we went outside wet shoes were an issue which would have been prevented if the outside cover area was there, plus the use of it for shade
