Mountain N Lake Resort

Host was awesome and very kind & helpful.

Pool was not clean. When we were doing checking pool was getting clean.

The only positive thing about this property is its location. That's all. The perfect location surrounded my mountains and lake. The property itself is well made , huge swimming pool, with lake view, large rooms, individual cabin like and secluded. The food is decent even after the service inconveniences, I would definitely go here again, more prepared as the property is amazing, the location is perfect and it's comfortably windy. sula vineyard is just 1 hour from here. take your snacks and whatever you want on the way as the nearest shops are 10-12km away.

The Staff is too difficult to communicate with. You need patience of a saint to work around. The staff is new and soo confused that it takes 2-3 hours for any thing to get done. Food order had to be repeated to several people and even then they got it wrong. One of the rooms we had booked had mismatched sized curtains, some windows are wrongly place wherein the outside people can see inside. The entire experience is taken away by the staff. they should really focus on improving the services as the location & property makes up for everything. even after the service inconveniences, I would definitely go here again, more prepared as the property is amazing

Room under renovation was given. Roof was being renovated while we were staying. Swimming pool was very dirty. None of the guest could use it. No tv was connected. There was shortage of staff. In short though the location was good l. The resort was bad.
