Very relaxing and peaceful place, also has a nice swimming pool. The owners Pilou and Fréd are really nice people, more like friends than hosts.

The curtains in the room could be perhaps a bit thicker, so that the light doesn't wake you up early in the case where you have been partying late 😂

Great stay at Lazy République !! Very good location on the island, plenty of food and massage options around Bailan, which is a nice and quiet neighbourhood, just a hop from Lonely Beach and Bang Bao pier by scooter. We’ve got a very warm welcome by Fred and Pilou the owners, confortable room with with all needed amenities. We’ll definitely come back !

Good location in a small village just outside of the busier areas. The host were very welcoming and offere valuable insight in to the island with recommendation to eat or places to visit.

The atmosphere and the hosts . The bar was a nice place to hang out and chat with the owners but also other hotel guests . I always got great recommendations and the owners can arrange tours for you . I loved the pool and how quiet it was on the property . No noisy guests or crowds- everything was super relaxing . Their cat is also super adorable !

That I had to leave . I would have loved to stay longer ! Definitly would come back :)

Great bungalows and pool, located in a quiet village which is what we wanted :) Hosts are very kind and helpful!!

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable which was the only negative!

Fantastic resort with large and comfortable bungalows surrounded by beautiful trees. Pool area is new, spacious and very cozy. Large bathroom and great water pressure in the shower. Bed was amazing. Owners and staff are very helpful and kind.

Amazing stay in koh chang! The owners, Pilou and Fred, were very welcoming and helpful. They gave recommendations for all the best spots and places to visit on the island which did not disappoint! They will also help book you onto activities, such as the boat trip we did around some coral reefs on the koh rang national park which was an unbelievable place to see. Thank you

A bit away from beach where beach access is through a resort on the other side of village. WiFi was only intermittently working in our cabin.
