The room was clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. We were very satisfied and would definitely return!

Everything was perfect. The room was so comfortable, the best nights sleep we had on our whole trip. Really comfortable bed and pillows. Fridge and a kettle for hot water Great pool for cooling off Ideal location Perfect location for exploring Owners were so welcoming We forgot our iPad and the owner Fred drove all the way to the pier to give it back to us. We were so grateful. Such a nice man. Would highly recommend

Very cozy place, nice pool and excellent owners - French couple that will help you with any needs. Good location, close to Lonely beach, good restaurants around and places for massage.

Mr Pilou and Mrs Fred are PERFECT hosts! They invited us to their bar for a welcome drink and also bought us a farewell glass of wine! ❤️🇫🇷🇹🇭 The bungalows are perfect - situated in the garden, up a gentle slope. They have hot showers, fridge, safe/security box, air conditioning, free sustainable water bottles and cold water. The breakfasts were amazing!! I recommend the ‘cocottes’. Mrs Fred booked all our onward travel and transfers for a VERY good price. Mr Fred gave us great recommendations for eating and helped us with our French!!

Fred and Pilou are absolutely brilliant hosts. Nothing it too much trouble, they will sort out bike/car hire, transfers and have great local knowledge. Fred's French breakfasts are better than any I've had in France:-) The rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable. Efficient air con. The location, for us, was perfect. Restaurants 50 to 300 metres away. The Coconut Kitchen next door was our favourite. Better quality and half the price of some others. We preferred the centre to south of Koh Chang. So Lazy Republic is perfect If you don't rent a bike ir car it's still very easy to move around. Just walk to the road and wait for one of the pickup truck shared taxis.

The owners were incredibly helpful and the hotel itself was lovely. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Great place in a quiet village Bailan. 7 min on motorbike to the best beach of an island - Lonley beach. Very good restaurants and massage in a walking distance. Chill atmosphere, very friendly and supportive owners, very comfortable bungalows. Enjoyed our stay there!
