Lovely 3 bedroom 8 berth caravan in Rhyl

Very unclean, mould in bedrooms and bathroom, dirty carpets, dirty dishes, not enough bedding provided. Lots of hairs on the floors and all windows and shower area not cleaned and smeared with dirt. At no point did we "kick off" or demand anyone drive 50 miles with a sheet that is simply plain and utter lies. We had one infant extra a 3 year old with us yes this does not change the state of the caravan you let out to people and booking.com are still investigating now they have had all the images we shared. Utter shocking customer service.

The caravan was very clean and very comfortable, while a little old, it was very charming and we had a lovely time staying here!!

Some of the furniture was a little run down and the bedding did have some stains on it when we were setting the caravan up for sleeping.

Mostly everything.

The site itself was lovely, pleasant staff, well manored and happy to help with anything! Club, arcade, swimming pool, cafe and park i was more than happy with the kids loved it! quiet location of the caravan.

The caravan! moldy and musty smell which sat on your chest, double room stank of stale smoke, mattress on double bed can't be called a mattress its 4 inch foam and uncomfortable, mattresses on single beds are brown and filthy! the nets have holes in carpet full of stains sofa grubby,, just tatty and its a shame because if you put the effort into it it could be great! If the kids wasn't so excited we wouldn't have stayed at all, had to purchase mattress protectors for the beds and sofas, antibacterial fabreze everywhere and a playpen for baby (wouldn't of let a dog crawl around) all just to make it bareable! we stayed in the van as little as possible and we didnt get to relax it was a complete let down, i should of scrolled down and read through all previous reviews as it was stated over a year ago about mattresses being too old and the damp smell, so you can imagine the condition a year later as it hasn't been addressed, more fool me for not looking properly, messaged owner and haven't got even an apology and wont even acknowledge the state of the van, we had to leave early! i find it hard to believe they didnt know as its been mentioned multiple times in reviews! pay a little extra people and stay in comfort, this caravan is not habitable and quite frankly a health hazard.

Very warm, clean lots of room and had everything I needed for a comfortable weekend away with my family
