Lovely 3 bedroom 8 berth caravan in Rhyl

the caravan was fine nothing wrong with that was happy with the accommodation

they charged us 30 pound per car to park which was 60 pound for 2 cars which they only told us on the 2 nd day let us through the first day there no charge then also wanted us pay 90 pound for club passes far to much was not happy about that so didn’t pay it went elsewhere so they lost money as we didn’t use there facilities

I liked the location and the facilities for the club like the swimming pool was nice how car pass is quite dear and if you don’t purchase it’s a pain

needs a thorougher deep clean everything was unclean including mattress and sheets were washed with far to much powder making the sheets look very bad if you catch my drift I think new bedding should be purchased first and new air freshener as there are hair and things stuck to it they just need chucking in the bin

Beds tooo old no toilet paper in bathroom no hot water. Water stoped they said contact the owner rang on moblie no answer, smelt like damp etc.

Hot water etc.
