"For a short stay the caravan was OK, but needs updating on its furniture."

The caravan felt cosy and the beds and settee were comfortable. It had some nice touches such as tea, coffee and washing up products. The caravan is in a quiet part and was easy to get to. I have given the cleanses a low score because there are marks up the wall, windows etc however the cleaner that does the beds, kitchen and bathroom did a good job it was the upkeep of the caravan that let the cleanness down making it not look clean.

The caravan was very out dated and needed some work doing to it. The blinds were broken on the main living room window which made it feel very open and they were fraying on the sides of the blinds. The blinds in the bathroom were also broken. The decking and the steps onto the decking were not great. As you walked on it, it felt like it was going to break as it was bending and lifting up. Making it feel unsafe to walk on. In the pictures it shows a tv in the bedroom but there was no tv in there.

The location is great, lovely views but that’s where the positives end!

BEWARE! The cleanliness of this caravan is shocking, overall it’s tired with lots of damage. An owner who doesn’t even reply to messages when you explain there is no hot water as a boiler has an error code and you can’t bath your children!

The caravan was comfortable and the amenities in the kitchen were great. The communication from the host and the ease of check in/out was excellent. The beds were clean and comfortable.

Not being provided with passes to use the onsite facilities. This could be a little more clear when booking.

"It suited our needs and the location was great."

It suited our needs. We needed a base as we were training close by. Good to be close to the sea. Spacious and nice to have the porch to sit on.

It’s very tired, feels like it needs some money spending on it. The towels were damp and it felt like the cleaning had been rushed. Cushions/throws all ready for a wash. Nylon bed sheets are very off putting!

Lovely caravan. Beds comfy.shower great.location lovely. Site peaceful.

Some things need updating/replacing. Blinds, dishwasher tablet holder broke,wallpaper peeling off.

"I think the price was too much for what was provided."

Nice location, however the site is on a steep hill.

Had to air it as it felt a bit musty on arrival. No hand towels provided. No tea bags or coffee. Decor a bit tired.
