Nice location

Heating wasn’t working. No booking instructions only when we contacted the host. He then told us that we couldn’t use the front decking as someone had driven into it. On closer inspection it had clearly been like this for some time. Place needs lots of TLC - gate catch is broken, lounge blinds tatty and broken, shower door broken and has been for some time as floor is damaged too. Buttons on cooler are melted away. Looks like a great place but really tired looking. And to be told after spending £260 for the weekend that we were expected to take our own towels!! Very disappointing. Also please note there is no path to the front gate, and grass is very slippy when wet dangerous!

Lovely caravan close to all amenities and the beach . Nice touches like tea and coffee.

The decking was broken and extremely unsafe where me and my mum nearly went through it. Rubbish left under bed, dirty laundry left behind, whole place has a pungent smell which was covered over by cheap room fragrance pods that we had to find to put away as they gave us a headache. Doors were open on arrival and we couldn’t lock them, so had to get all our stuff out to then leave it to maintenance to try and sort. At first owner couldn’t be gotten hold of through number he’d left. Came back from our meal to find the premises still open now with no key so the maintenance team had been up and they couldn’t lock it either. Felt unsafe. Not 100% sure that the beds had clean covers on and the place just felt tired. Owner kindly gave us £50 back as this was not worth anywhere near £129! I actually wanted 50% refund which I thought was fair for everyone but not heard back. Just lack of care to property and not a thorough clean really effected our stay here.

Quite a few small but repairable faults in the caravan that really need attention before I could give 10 out of 10
