Location was excellent. Carpet and couch was soft. Towels supplied.

The caravan was old with general tear and ware I.e. blinds, shower door, peeling wood but owners have replaced what they could ie blankets, carpets, dishes and so doesn’t distract from a good experience.

HEALTH HAZARD ⚠️☣️☢️ The damage and grime is unreal the smell is absolutely disgusting 🤮 in fact the smell is a dangerous mix of black mould and ammonia from damp and dog urine Many issues as follows broken and filthy blinds stains on soffas All carpets curtains and sofa stink on stale dog urine/amonia broken gate on decking rusty chairs on decking broken window latches bean bag broken beans everywhere dust all over sides cctv with no pre warning I have many more photos but can't upload on here check out trip advisor

We have previously stayed at this site in another caravan , which we loved and found no faults The caravan was appalling, and we did not like it and would not recommend it at all, it is unsafe

It is not what is advertised and needs a proper deep clean. It was actually disgusting and smell of damp!!, most things were broken and dangerous, cupboards broken, blinds falling apart and disgusting, the place was so dirty. You know it's bad when your kids comment on how bad it is . The cooker was terrible, you couldn't read the dials, we kept cutting our hands as the laminate on all of the cupboards was peeling off. Things were so rusty and in need of serious replacement/repair We had to make the best of it, but we did report this to the parkdean management The photos are just some , I have taken videos also, as there was so much to fault!

Perfect location lovely caravan fantastic size everything you need will definitely stay again .

Nothing perfect

We liked the home from home feel and we enjoyed the caravan park and the caravan was lovely and clean and had everything what we needed, we will be booking for longer next time
