"Great comfortable stay."

Loved early check in and very clean. Easy check in/out. Nice to have xmas decorations and lovely thoughts of chocolates and tea, coffee etc. Felt like the owners had thought of their guests having a comfortable experience.

Road noise from M6, which obviously cannot be helped because of the convenience of location. Bed too soft for me but most people can't believe I sleep on a brick!!

Excellent communication by owners. The caravan was well equipped and beautifully decorated.

The steps into the caravan were difficult as I have reduced mobility, a handrail on the caravan would have helped.

Lovely restaurant & friendly staff

No one’s fault, but the smoke alarm was bleeping, which freaked out the dog, I should have known just to take batteries out, but we have elc ones at home, anyway sent message, and soon got a reply to take it out, just wish it could have been avoided

"Perfect for our requirements"

Caravan was perfect for our needs as one our party was diving at Capernwray, which is close by. The communication with the the host was great including a request to extend our stay. The caravan had everything we needed and was on a very quiet site.

Some bits in the caravan felt to be getting a little dated and the bathroom door lock did not work.
