The location of the campsite was great has potential

On first arrival to the caravan we were met with a damp smell. The oven was extremely dirty. When it was time for bed we found 1 of the beds not to be made and 2 of the beds had multiple broken wooden lats. The owners need to get these sorted.

The mobile home itself was decent, spacious and had a parking spot adjacent.

The actual Haven site itself was poor. Pool was only open for two hours a day and had to be pre booked. The shop on site was poorly stocked and had a nice rat in the bin at the entrance which kids were throwing stones at. Needs modernisation and investment.

"We were all disappointed with the accommodation"

Near the beach.

Looked like we had the oldest caravan on the site. Various things were broken. What Looked like Mould in the freezer.
