Kitesurfing Lanka

The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything you need. I arrived on my own, and within just a few hours I already had an amazing group of people to share the kite sessions and enjoy the place with. The whole team creates such a welcoming atmosphere and does everything they can to make that happen. The facilities are fantastic. I stayed in one of the beachfront bungalows, and it was absolutely wonderful—I highly recommend it! And of course, if I come back to Sri Lanka, I'll definitely be returning to the Kitesurfing Lanka family.

The natural surroundings have been really nice. We enjoyed a quiet and peaceful atmosphere during off-season. The beautiful garden and our bungalow plus the absolute friendly stuff made us feel like home.

Amazing destination for kite holidays. We loved staying at the camp, really enjoyed the fact that we had all our meals at one big table with the other guests, so easy to meet new people that share the same passion for kite surfing. Also hard to beat the staffs friendliness and costumer service, absolutely 5star outstanding. Main Kitesurfing spot (Lagoon) is as well great, though always gusty winds (+10kn gusts to base wind). Perfect for beginners. If you're a better kiter though, you'll definitely want to go on the kite trips. The trip spots are much nicer, but can add up in quite an additional budget (25-45EUR/trip).

Watch out that there is a looot of squirrels in the camp, and they enter your room and eat absolutely everything (travel pillow, toothpaste, cloths, food, etc.), so don't bring anything that is of value to you! There won't be anywhere that is safe of access to them.

Had a great experience at KSL! From the moment I arrived, everyone was very friendly, which made me feel at home immediately. They organise many events through the week and every day you have your meals with all the other guests at one big table, so you’ll meet people quickly! The staff is involved well in your kite progress, which makes it a great place to learn. Would definitely go again!
