The place is beautiful and quiet, the space is excellent, and the supplies are complete. My wife and I and my favorite dog enjoyed it. They received me well, and a gift for the dog was nice

First, I chose the place from Booking based on the first row as in the pictures and the price, but when I came they gave me the second row (( The windshield is very dirty and the amenities on the terrace are few compared to other chalets

We like the concept of being next to the water and an isolated house.

However, the place was dirty (full of dust) before we entered. I had the impression that the place was cleaned a long time back, and no one checked it recently before we got in.

almost e everything. They give us a house without air condition and was 34 Celsius inside the house during the day and 28 during the night. To cold down we need to open the Windows and after we gave the house full of mosquitoes. Because the house was near a small lake were the water was green and not moving(really good for mosquitoes). so if you are going to have a house without any air condition near that lake, at least you put some mosquitoes nets on the Windows. So with two children in the house we had two horrible nights. not only because of the heat but also because mosquitoes were my kids left with full of mosquitoes bites. This is the first time I right a review like this since I am using booking.com for many years, but this was horrible and unbelievable.

The location is stunning, we stepped straight out onto the small beach from our lodge. The sunsets were amazing, lots of beautiful wildlife too. The resort was extremely well maintained throughout. We loved how tranquil it was especially after a day trip to Amsterdam, it was lovely to come back and relax. The location is extremely accessible for days out and the local train station is less than 2 miles away. Putten is also a very nice little town , with a handful of good restaurants, very pleasant. Amersfoot is not to be missed either, stunning place. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we loved our lodge it was very modern and bright but cosy too, we would definitely go back again.

Quilts and pillows on beds looked old, they need refreshing. Once pillow cases and quilt covers were on you couldn't see it, but they do need replacing. Would be nice to have an iron and ironing board, and hairdryer in the lodge.
