Seton Sands Haven Holiday Park - Platinum Caravan

The caravan was beautiful. Everything you needed....

A bit noisy with being directly behind the bar but understandable & it would not put me off going back

We really liked the location. Having stayed in the area before we knew our way round, and it was near to where we wanted to visit. The owner was friendly and the directions were clear. Dog friendly property.

After arrival at around 7pm we tried various things to try and get some hot water, including resetting the boiler. We called the owner and were advised that the gas tank must be empty and she'd contact the park services to have it replaced. We waited in for about an hour with no sign of anyone. We had to pop out and on returning (about half an hour later) there'd still been no gas. It was a freezing cold night and we'd had a long day and just wanted to relax. I think it was around 1015pm when the guy arrived and we finally had heating and hot water. I'd booked this particular place as it said there was use of a pool. However you have to buy a pass on the Haven website in order to access the pool and other facilities. You can't just pay for 1 swim. You have to buy a week or half week pass. I think that would have cost us about £70 so didn't bother.

The van was superb. Close to the facilities. Close enough to get a train into Edinburgh

Amazing had a lovely time , caravan well equipped with everything you need and very clean , Trudy was so lovely and responded to any questions we had highly recommended staying here you won’t be disappointed . Look forward to going back in the near future x

Lovely clean mobile home. Site was lovey near the beach. All very clean in the area. People really friendly.

Caravan was beautiful and spotless well equipped with all that you could need. Location was excellent for all amenities although cod be noisy with bar staff emtying bottles through the day. I would re book no problem and Trudi was fab throughout.
