Very eager / helpful personnel, especially the General Manager. The Location is still in construction but very detailed and handmade design.

Very long waiting times at restaurant and internal communication problems with the result that special needs like anti-allergic food wasn't delivered. Paying with credit card extra charge of 5%!!!

brilliant location on the water, very comfortable rooms, tv even had Netflix! the staff was very friendly and manager was brilliant. we was able to kayak and have a go on a jet ski for no extra cost. best property Iv stayed in Thailand.

"Relaxed River Stay in Surat Thani"

It's an amazing place to just sit at the deck in front of the bamboo huts and relax with the river floating by. Very peaceful. The restaurant has great food and is good value for money.

I personally felt it to be slightly overpriced, but don't let that stop you.

Nice style and location and all relatively new (for now)

bookings prices overrated and almost double compared to direct or Agoda so double check also loud music till late while you are there to relax along the quite river
