El personal es excelente 🥰

La cama muy blanda, deven ofrecer una charla educativa para visitantes que lleguen por primera vez para saber con exactitud lo que ofrecen y que hay en el exterior y cuáles medios de transporte hay para salir a excursiones que establecimientos hay serca del alojamiento.

El personal que sirve en los restaurantes y en el Lobby tienen buena actitud de servicio.

El check in es un desastre y el check out fue un total abuso. Era a las 12:00 pm y porque nos pasamos con 15 minutos los cuales usamos para llegar desde la playa a la habitación caminando por falta de transporte... nos bloquearon el acceso a sacar nuestras pertenencias de las habitaciones. Fuimos al Lobby para buscar ayuda y nos dijeron que era a las 12:00 pm... que teniamos que esperar a que terminarán de esa er todos los check in para poder ayudarnos... Al final pudimos entrar por alguien de limpieza que nos abrió las habitaciones para sacar las pertenencias. Cabe destacar que aunque el check in era a las 3:00 pm nos dieron las habitaciones a las 5:00 pm... a parte de esto las camas super incómodas, la comida de mala calidad y muy monotona... hasta el agua tiene mal sabor. Lamentablemente no fue nada agradable la estadía.

El lugar e instalaciones eran “casi” perfectos.

Vi un par de gatitos en las instalaciones es muy malas condiciones…. Creo que el hotel debiera de hacerse cargo de ellos.

Do tamanho do hotel, realmente imponente. Os carrinhos levam em torno de 10 a 14 minutos para passar, achei o tempo dentro do esperado.

Por se tratar de um resort família tem muito adolescente e crianças mas nada que incomode
