Great location, close to beach, has its own small private island with kayak to explore the beautiful beach for free. Stayed in a 2 storey villa and it has great view overlooking the sea. Exceptional customer service.

Might be a bit challenging for seniors due to the steep stairs to the dining area

it was very welcoming, the breakfast was excellent, the food really good and the location awesome we felt like in a private huge, beautifully decorated house

Amazing resort with a beautiful private beach - felt like it paradise. The staff was very nice and the food in the hotel was also good. It was also really easy to do activities like the included snorkeling and canoeing, plus renting a motorcycle and more.

The service and contact with mba ijika before our arrival was very nice. She informed me very well about taking the boat from jepara and to got tickets for us, how transport to the hotel was arranged, activities etc. The island hopping with Wahyu and co was wonderful and all well cared. Breakfast was very nice. The accomodation was big and beautiful. Thanks for the wonderful time

Exceptional location. Open sea and jungle-covered hill for a view. Private beach. Stunning lounge/dining room. Great service, friendly staff. Good food (now available without prior notice). Many useful services provided : moped rental, several day trips on offer, massages, postcards... If you're lucky, you'll see monkeys spying on you from the trees...and even a "breve azurine" !

A host of tiny details could do with some repairs or renovation - holes in the moskito net, shower fixed in a rather unaesthetic way, beach towel basket falling apart...

We have stayed for a few days and it was really good, the location is great if you dont want to go a lot out to relax but still quite central and close to the town centre and main road. All the staff is very friendly and prestative, the breakfast and restaurant are great. All you need the staff can help you and will make the stay quite pleasant and care free. Everyday we had water refill at the bedroom which is very convinient and helps on reducing the single use plastic.

The additional bed should be more confortable. There is a big issue yet with plastic waste and single use. Hotels should pressure more the Goverment to educate people about waste management and reducing the use. We see the more touristic areas being cleaned and as well hotels trying to reduce, still there is a long way to go and we just like to leave this suggestion for a better future in this amazing places.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, albeit it a bit isolated. We watched moneys swim in the ocean, which was pretty cool until they charged at us- which was very scary, especially with kids! The free kayaks were a nice touch and we kayaked to a nearby beach a couple of times.

Unfortunately we had several issues during our stay, mainly because of the poor customer service. Staff booked a trip for us without our confirmation and then tried to charge us for it (and it was VERY expensive). Staff were argumentative and definitely need some training in dealing with customers. They also changed our boat ticket when we were leaving without our permission meaning that we would miss our flight. This was later resolved but caused a lot of stress and we had to pay a higher price for a VIP ticket as a result. There was no compensation for this from the hotel. The room itself is not child friendly as it has very dangerous steep steps and the outside bathroom involves walking down extremely slippery stairs. My husband fell badly here and needed stitches. There were no staff who could help with first aid or advise of a doctor to contact. There are also a lot of mosquitos everywhere that even mosquito repellent would not deter! The mosquito nets on the bed touch your head and legs as there is no proper frame, which I wasn’t keen on. We had no hot water on our first day/ There are no proper curtains, so we were awake at 5am each day with the bright sunlight.
