Rooms are huge and clean. Service is exceptional, very helpful. Quiet location.

Not easy to find the hotel. Not very close to the lake, can't see it at all. Need to drive out for food.

La habitación era enorme. El desayuno era muy abundante. Merece la pena un paseo junto al lago, está al lado.

Algunos trabajadores no hablan mucho inglés pero aún así hicieron todo lo posible porque estuviéramos a gusto y nos ayudaron mucho.

Very welcoming hosts, great breakfast (mix Sri Lankan and Continental), the swimming pool was nice, large and refreshing. The hotel was very clean

Summer rooms had a summer mold, probably due to the humidity in the region and the recent cyclone and floodings

We ordered Sri Lankan breakfast, it was a dream. Fresh and tasty. We took it at the pool area. So nice this bamboo, wish to have it on my terrace. The rooms were pretty, large balconies to the palms, quiet, a bit from the ugly new city away.

Mitarbeiter sehr gastfreundlich und zuvokommmend. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und mehr als ausreichend.

Outstanding stay, food was some of the best food we had our entire trip in Sri Lanka. The staff are amazing, they will go out of their way to ensure your stay is peaceful, organised and that you have everything you need. We organised a city tour and safari through the hotel which both went so smoothly, they did our washing for us and a great pool. The safari was a highlight for our trip and the hotel thought of everything for us down to the toilet roll! Can not fault this place at all, pro tip definitely try the banana fritters.

Het personeel heeft er alles aan gedaan om ons een fijne tijd te bezorgen. Bij onze aankomst en constatering dat we nog niet geluncht hadden, kwamen ze ons even later een heerlijke loempia brengen met een pot thee. Ze informeerden regelmatig of alles naar wens is. De omgeving is rustig. Het was een heerlijk groot bed en een lekker zwembad.
