Location was remote and peaceful

heating didn’t come on at night and tv didn’t work. Also a insect hive in the kitchen around the kettle

"Relaxing and homely"

We loved the homely feel of the site and especially the family dog. He always greeted us when arriving and walked us to our lodge.

We had to leave after 1 night of our 2 night stay. The shower was filthy and had black mold on the shower head. I wiped it off and attempted to wash away the mess but the shower didn't work. We called the owner who spent 30 minutes cleaning the shower. We said we couldn't stay in the room and would leave in morning as we couldn't shower. Also the room was next to the jacuzzi and the constant hum made it hard to relax
