Staff are friendly, hotel setup is nice for pictures.

Slightly overprice for a small dome. It was 2700+ for 3D2N with dinner. Dinner served with simple steamboat ingredients only. The glass roof for stargazing fogged up so defeat the purpose of the glass dome.

The location within a mountain top with commanding view of the surrounding areas. Like the cold weather especially during night and early morning at the glamping site. The glamping site setup was beautiful with so many nice spots for taking pictures.

The steamboat dinner portion served was too little, hardly enough for 2 person. The sleeping bag provided too thin, not thick enough to keep warm during the night sleep. For space inside the caravan is very limited.. especially the bathroom just standing space.

Love the decoration and aesthetic part, beautiful scenery, the cool weather of course, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast provided and it was good. And also loving the playlist throughout our stay there. Giving u the relaxing and calming vibes. Excellent for that.

The chicken and fish slices are too little. Would be better if more raw meats/proteins given in the dinner set. Also to provide other optional drinks that are more kids friendly (other than carbonated drinks).

All the ground provide great smiles and services. Constant sending updates using whatsapp to communicate with me. I love the warmness from the staff to me and my family. Birthday's decoration is well setup. Well done on the birthday song and cake.

The projector is not working. No movie show. Is a bit of rundown. Need to replace the bedsheet, chairs and paint the coffee table. RM200 for the balloon setup and 1 slice of the cake is a bit pricey.
