The resort is situated at a good location. I love the chilly temperature of the highlands, and staffs are super friendly

The caravan was extremely squeezy and I gave up showering in the toilet within the caravan, instead we walked all the way to the common bathroom. I felt like I am paying this price for the experience and view but not really the stay.

Staffs are accommodating and friendly. Mizan is being very helpful and ready to assist. Overall environment is good and relaxing.

The breakfast need to be improved. Water pressure is low in room.
