"Paying more higher than 5 Star charges but can’t even enjoy a 2 Star value of property .. what a sad expectation on this"

The tent unit beside Caravan still consider ok/ with not bad maintenance.

1) First night, Air Con switch & 2) heater switch was failed d whole night (video down & WhatsApp to d reception) At 10.30pm, a 5 yrs old kid force to shower with cold water & i need to walk over to reception for a fast complaints to look for alternatives*** 3) Newly repaired/ painted area inside toilet (d paint not dried yet), had sticked onto kid & my hand (photo had WhatsApp to Reception too). 4) *bad/ no control at all over d toilet back-flow of smell* 😰 Remarks *** Night shift guy had changed me another unit for shower n stay on, it looks ok & nice at night. *But next morning after sun rise, direct sunlight+heat+UV was directly shined onto d whole glass unit which cause superb warm/ hot like oven inside d unit even we on d air con with max, it cause us cant rest in noon hours, instead force to hang around at Cafe n else where 😇😨
