Need signs to get around site to pool etc was shouted at a few time by caravan owners, shouting your walking in my garden ! No speed limit signs. No sign saying dogs must be on lead

Everyone was really friendly and helpful with staying here you felt part of the community nice location nice place to stay . Excellent information and directions from Amber clean tidy would stay again very dog friendly area

The host was lovely, very helpful and considerate; he provided very clear instructions for check in, and was in touch to see how things were going. The place was very nice, clean and tidy and we enjoyed the on-site facilities. We would highly recommend it.

It was quiet at night on the campsite, easy to get the key, the restaurant just opposite the campsite was very good, there was easy accessible parking. We enjoyed our stay at the caravan.

We were looking for a campsite called The Windermere and couldn't find it. Specifiying in the description that the campsite is called The Alberta and the caravan itself is called The Windermere will make it easier to get there.

Lovely caravan for the price and perfect for a base to explore whitstable and surrounding areas. The only downside was it could do with a bit of a clean as it was very dusty and obviously not been used for a while.
