Lovely park with lovely staff. Welcoming and at ease. Caravan was nice .

Maybe give a fob to guests as barrier was down a couple times and we had to ring warden. It was fine but maybe a possibility.

Location is great, two mins walk from the seafront. Park is friendly and has everything you'd need. Windemere is well equipped, clean and cosy. Hosts are lovely and really helpful. It's good value for money, for Whitstable area. Lovely pub across the road, Oyster Pearl, with great food if you don't fancy cooking.

Bed a little soft, but otherwise perfect little getaway.

Site is clean. Caravan comfortable and clean whitstable Town, witherspoon pub in whitstable very good food , breakfast and dinner recommmend people on site friendly

The owner was extremely helpful and helped us sort out empty gas canisters very quickly. Cosy and clean

Fantastic property. Lots to do near by and its is modern, clean, comfortable and the owner is wonderful communicating right from the start of booking. Made our stay great.

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious. There was everything that we needed. Would rebook again.

Lovely size, very clean and spacious with a great veranda in the sun all day. Really peaceful location just a short walk from the beach. Owner just a text away and very helpful

There was no soap in bathroom and some open item like old jams were left in the fridge. Overall it could have been cleaner.

We had a lovely mini break at The Windermere. The caravan is spacious and super clean. Comes with all kitchen equipment and bedding. The caravan location is excellent. It’s a lovely little community and extremely dog friendly! Beach right across the road and also a lovely pub with good food and live music at night. The owners are super helpful and communicative. They answer questions very quickly. Getting the keys was a very easy process too.

Only very small suggestion would be more towels please ☺️ But it won’t stop us returning!

The caravan was clean, comfortable and was well equipped with all that you need. The park itself had its own pool which was great, the kids enjoyed that. Ricky who manages the caravan was really quick to respond to any questions we had and at providing the info re entry and key safe and was really helpful and friendly.
