Beautiful farm and people. Maybe better for a day visit, rather than staying over.

Rooms need a lot of attention. It was very cold, with no extra blankets or heaters. The shared bathroom facilities need attention, too. Damaged and not very well equipped for overnight visitors.

"Excellent service at a remote bush lodge"

I loved the tables near the watering hole , I loved the Guinea fowl and the little dog on the premises . Hanno’s customer service was outstanding ! He made everything as easy as possible for me and if I asked for something he sorted it immediately. And OMG the food was completely out of this world delicious , it blew my mind !!

There was no heater or under blanket heater , I went to buy a heater in town . There was also no bath mat to stand on so I bought one of those too . It would have been nice to have a soft chair to relax and read my book on as I’m not the type of person to sit in bed and read during the day. Also sorry but the radio is far too loud in the bar / dining area. For such a beautiful place it would be nice to enjoy the quiet
