The location

The shower was appalling in that the hot water came on the stopped even though the cold water was turned off eventually the hot came back with a rush in a way that could burn you - dangerous for kids

"Great location but poor communication"

Great location

Pictures on Booking.com not accurate. Also we tried to book by phone and were told we had to stay 2 nights minimum and yet we were able to book on line for 1 night . Poor communication and confusing information. Very noisy fridge

"AWFUL"

Not much.

Stayed in 'Villa' no 20 a couple of weeks ago. Mouldy bathroom with dislodged tiles in the shower. Also, there are broken sharp tiles in the toilet. It was disgusting and unsafe. Also, the air-con is in the main dining / living area and not in the bedroom so it was hot overnight. Dale in the office promised us a refund of 1 night but when we asked booking.com to follow up, Big4 refused us any such refund. This place is a joke. Would NOT recommend staying here.

"Great stay and accommodation"

Perfect spot, comfortable bed and facilities.

That you can’t check in earlier than 2:00pm when our traveling campers can at 12:00pm. Understand they need time to be cleaned, however a text message to say they are ready would be great, if you arrive earlier.
