St Mullins Natural Camping

The setup here is lovely, it’s a small little wild meadow they’ve cut a path through for pitches and the play area/camp fire area. There are motion powered solar powered lights all over the site so when you need to walk in the dark you’ve still got some light, but they don’t block your view of the stars! The facilities were sufficient, could have been better but for the price could have been much worse or non-existent. There’s a kids slide and swing set on the site which I didn’t see mentioned but my daughter was delighted, the stream that goes around one side of the site is also an added bonus. Saint Mullin’s is a beautiful location, steeped is history and it’s all on the doorstep of this campsite, the entrance to the campsite is like something out of a movie, this place is a real hidden gem!

My only complaint would be having a single toilet as the camp site is quite big, I think in the end there were probably 10-15 tents most with 2+ people per tent, so 30 people to one toilet meant some queueing. The other suggestion would be to have the shower and toilet in cubicles so those using the shower don’t delay people using the toilet and vice versa.

Could not stay there!

I could not stay there, because I only got notified the day traveling there that I needed my own tent. I was going to at least sleep in my car but, the property did not reply to my question about my car. The fact that I could not get a refund because I don't have a tent or because I did not pitch up. The fact that I got other accommodation in a room for the same price! Advert must rather state tent stands available or rent a stand for your own tent rather than room.

I did not stay there, i want my money back, because when we arrive we did not find any body in the place , and when calling them they said we are far and can't come
