Please do not advertise for "Glamping". We suggested to rent a tent with two beds inside, as described on the booking platform. We had to leave and search for another accomodation. We hope to get the money back.

"Very relaxing and accommodating"

8.0

Our stay at this campsite was amazing. There was all the facilities you’d need. Bathroom indoors with shower. Camping trolleys to bring your stuff to the campsite. You’d could hire tents, beds, firewood etc. there was bikes there if you wanted a cycle. I couldn’t recommend it enough. Great place for families or even couples.

During the day the toilet light didn’t work. Only thing I can fault.

"Beautiful location for a weekend escape!"

8.0

The St Mullins campsite is set in a beautiful location. Ideal for families. We brought our two dogs along and they had a fantastic time too! It is great value for money and we had a lovely weekend camping there. There is no one there to greet you when your arrive or check in on how you are getting on but we didn't see that as a negative really as we were left in peace.

There is only one toilet and the shower is in the same room so it's not ideal but didn't bother us too much. There are no other facilities on the grounds but we knew this in advance and had our camping equipment ready. We would camp there again!

"Very good."

The campsite was clean and, while small, there was enough room for our 8man tent. You were able to light campfires and there was a beautiful little stream running through it. It was also really close to the river.

It had only 1 toilet and cold shower.

The site is beautiful with streams surrounding the pitches, a medieval well and a quaint cut-stone cottage at the entrance. St. Mullin's is a real hidden gem, we enjoyed spending time on the river with our SUP, Mullachain cafe and the local pub at the top of the hill. The setting is magical.

There is no sink to wash dishes, the only available water supply is in the toilet. There is no curfew, which I understand is difficult to enforce, given it's fairly hands-off from a management perspective, but a group beside us stayed up until 5 am. When you're in a tent you hear everything.

It is a beautiful location

•Didn't see anyone that runs it the whole week •the owners dog just left there running about around the camp jumping up on you while you sitting chilling and dirtying you clothes. •only 1 toilet and shower for everyone. •not soap to wash hands or clean towel to try hands. •shower is freezing cold not warm water • no working light in the toilet/shower so when you close the blind on the window for privacy your in darkness even through the day only a light comes on at night on a timer •Had to leave 1 night early as a large group came to stay and they were up to 6:30am drinking and singing and playing guitars so couldn't even sleep

"Camping self-service"

5.0
