very beautiful, the room that I stayed in was breathtaking

the access to the town is very poorly taken care of, dirty and smelly :(

Boca is a delightful little village in a beautiful location at the base of where the Horcones River empties into the Bay of Banderes. This property has a beautiful has a wonderful view of that. It is an awesome hotel with a nice pool area too.

The only thing that we didn't like is that the hot tub jet pump and heater wasn't working. The large waterfall was also not working.

The view was spectacular. Outdoor kitchen is a dream of mine. Easy and close acess to the beach.

The translator we paid to explain I had left a large painting I had been working on for 2 months. In our room. He was ablivoated and rude. Unforntunetly from his conduct I am very embarrased and left without my art piece. Also there was a mistake maken somewhere and we didnt get the seperate bedroom we reserved. Lol it was hard to sleep in the same bed with my boyfriends snoring, but they did accomidate us with a beautiful room.

It appears to have originally been a mansion that they are turning into a boutique hotel. The complex is stunning and the location can’t be beat. Quite a walk up and down into town but it’s all on the hotel property and alternates between stairs, decks and platforms. It’s beautiful. Our room was exceptional. Almost the whole west side of the room was sliding glass doors that could be sequentially opened to have an incredible view west toward the bay’s entrance. The sunset was unmatched. King bed was very comfortable and the A/C was much appreciated. Good shower pressure. Nice size fridge.

Nothing. I was a bit afraid because of all the negative reviews about construction noise but it wasn’t bad at all. I can honestly say it was barely noticeable.

The property has a lot of potential, but unfortunately is under construction

There was no staff when we arrived, and for the rest of our stay, the place was a ghost town. We were literally all alone in the hotel. The person that greeted us, I think was one of the construction workers. He put us in the worst rooms in the hotel, even though the hotel was empty.
