The room that was allocated to us was not the room that ive booked. The room that ive booked was supposed to be a 2 family rooms for 6 persons each in a room. They have given us 1 family room and a cheaper 4 person room. When we checked in the owner of the hotel said that she was not aware of our booking from booking.com this despite emails between this hotel and myself. They even offered to refund us what we paid to booking.com ( which will take ages to process) since they could not accommodate us for 2 days i've booked. I stood firm that NO we booked this rooms and we dont want to be going around looking for hotels. The owner said she will refund us on the cost of the cheaper room that they have allocated to us.When we checked out i was informed by the cleaner that i have to pay extra because on the 4 person room we have a child with us. I told her why should i pay extra when the family room capacity was 6 and the other room is 4. We are a group of 10. I also did not like that you cannot find any staff nor the owner anywhere in the premises. In the 4 persons room they provided only 1 soap, there are a lot of mosquitos in the room, the tv was not working, swimming pool is murky, air conditioning is not even cool and there are not enough socket to recharge your phone. The location is an hour away from Dumaguete City and far from the beach.

The owner was very accomodating and pleasant to interact with. She upgraded one of our rooms without extra charge. Value for money 11/10.

The aircon wasnt strong enough for the size of the room. However, there was a fan provided to make the room temperature comfortable.

Nice location close to home for a night out with my wife

No food available due to function we were told to leave resort and get food somewhere else was told after 6pm could get dinner.. so we went after 6pm was told again no food available.. disappointed we went back to our room. In the morning we were hoping to get breakfast before checking out once again was told no food available due to the chef being away... Room. Cold water shower only, no toiletries provided, no kettle. very basic the room had a fridge, tv, 1 toilet roll, 1 bar soap and 3 towels.

The flowers! The whole garden area is gorgeous 😊

First, the mattress is so thin! It hurts our back! Second, NO FOOD! doesn't even have bottled water or juices! Third, The pool is dirty ...fourth, No internet 😞

We really enjoyed our stay here! The owner is so gentle and friendly ❤️. The place is perfect for a family. Room was big and clean. Perfect located to visit Apo Island

Staff super friendly and when asked provided an extension and kettle Water refill Room clean and large Nice terrace Tuk tuk to the boat pier to Malatapay Pier for Apo Island at 06:45 provided by resort. Thanks to the lovely owner who organised that!
