Jannat Resort

The hotel is well located in the valley with good view and easy parking in front of the hotel. It is a hotel with some history. Service has a certain standard and staff all speak ok English. Breakfast options were good and the pool is beautiful. The beds are comfortable and internet is fast. Big welcome fruit platter was a nice touch. We had dinner there and food is ok although a lot of items on the menu were not available.

It is a hotel with some years behind it so do not expect updated facilities. Room is relatively small for the price, the double bed (pieced together with two single ones) takes most of the space so there is not much room to move around. But for two days it is ok. Please note: - You need to return all the keys to reception at the time of checkout ; - Keep a copy of the payment receipt. They might ask you at checkout; The hotel system is still paper-based， I was explained that my payment document was lost so I needed to show them a receipt to ensure that I had paid already. ( Luckily I have a habit of keeping all receipts)

It’s not worth the money spent. It’s deceiving to say it’s five stars hotel and I would give maximum 3 stars. The rooms are not clean enough. The furniture is old. The receptionist is unprofessional and doesn’t know proper English.

The location, as it is close to the absolutely stunning hiking valley called Alamudin.

The staff is young and lacks training, especially those at the reception. The porter watched me struggle with my luggage and pointed to the trolley he was standing next to instead of helping. The reception staff couldn't inform us about local hikes, even though the famous Alamedin trail is just 2 km away and is a main attraction of the whole area. These are basic things the reception staff should know especially for the price of 160$ per night. The duvets were too thick, clearly intended for winter, making it uncomfortably hot. The acoustics between floors were poor, allowing us to hear guests, including children, walking and jumping above us. I cannot recommend this "resort," especially given the high price.

The place is clean and well maintained. Loved the pool and spa. It has a small stair trek just behind the resort, was good fun. The location is perfect. Housekeeping staff was up and quick even during late hours, provided us with extra heaters.

The food when we ordered the same dish again it was different the next day. Breakfast hall was quite hot

Price is too high for the facility . They don’t accept 50 doller note for payment but they will give 50 dolller note for your balance . That was funny 😅. Too expensive for the facility they have
