The location and kindness of stuuff

The idea of getting spa locker key at the front desk. It’s ok when you go in spa, but after sauna and rest to go to the lobby where is always front door wide open and a cold wind blowing - seriously? Even though the stuff was kind, unfortunately not the level you would expect. Calling at 10.30 pm just to check whether they had have previously made a scan of the passport. Couldn’t that wait till the morning? Giving me someone else’s passport claiming it is mine, without even double checking by asking my real name. Need to teach them to be more professional. But all of this was saved by the location itself, nature around and beautiful Nurilya with her magic hands from spa:)

Location is beautiful

Hotel need major renovations. For example: room furnitures, New Gym equipment and better types, swimming pool still feeling cold, restaurants to be with better menu, breakfast selection could be improved too.

Beautiful location, quick service and staffs very helpful. I would love to come back again here only if I plan to visit kyrgyzstan ...
