Lower Hyde Caravan

Location

Stella was more than lovely. Stella helped with ferry tickets, directions etc was always available by message when needed. Very quite spot on the holiday park. Everything you can ever need was there, utensils, DVDs takeaway menu's etc. Lovely 5mins walk to Lidls. One min walk from the car park. Two showers both lovely and powerful with lots of hot water. Two toilets, unfortunately takes a few flashes to discarded, this is normal for a caravan. The front door didn't have a tight seal but did lock and to be honest the creeking of the decking steps would give you a sign someone was there. It felt safe, homely, comfortable, was a great location, cheaply priced and perfect for my weekend as base camp and could see it being lovely for a family holiday. There was big umbrellas for the decking, all items for a picnic, extras such as bedding and tea/coffee. There was even red squirrels and other wildlife. I liked the key safe idea as i find it awkward meeting the host or having a set time to check in by.

The caravan was clean when we arrived and very homey. Everything is working properly and the best part is the location is very accessible.

Ubytování je velmi příjemné, čisté. Působí to útulně. Ostrov je úžasný, poklidný. Cestování po něm bez auta je super, skoro jako městská doprava.

Just the heating had been messed with so was cold at night

Layout of caravan excellent, accommodated 4 adults and 2 young children well, very clean, quiet location in park, easy access to shops, heating & hot water very good, kitchen very well equipped, games, books and dvd’s provided, good info re attractions, all bedding provided, host gave us great price on ferries and good information re finding van on site and key location.

Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, decor a little bit dated but we would still stay there again
