Lovely caravan, very close to everything. 2nd year here never disappointed

The location was great, couldn't fault that whatsoever and the TV was great, plenty of channels to watch after a long day out and about in either Ingoldmells or Skegness. Nothing else is worth adding.

The Caravan was very basic, The beds were hard and particularly uncomfortable, the veranda was far too small, the van is desperately in need of an upgrade in my opinion. The shower wasn't the best, plus we had no toilet seat on arrival which wasn't ideal, and it took far longer than it should've to fix it, It really became a bit of an inconvenience during our stay. An array of Mis matched crockery and utensils, No tea towels and not even any loo roll which I find incredibly strange. Having paid more than £350 for a 3 night stay, I'd say I absolutely overpaid by at least £130.00 for our stay here. I wouldn't recommend staying here tbh, Not worth the money at all. I don't mean to be so negative but I can only say it as I experienced it.

Shower was not great ,just needs a little updating

Close to beach shops local pubs bus stop.

Bit dated toilet Seat did fit properly too small.

Caravan was clean amd had everything we needed.. The beach was a 3 minute walk away and fantasy island and all the arcades and markets was a 10/15 minute walk away
