Clean, location was brilliant

Basic but clean and comfortable and everything you needed, great value for money,location good ,5 minutes walk to beach ,10 minutes walk to fantasy island or 10 minutes walk the other way to butlins. Thank you to the owners who were very accommodating for us to have early check-in due to travelling by train and with children

Very clean everything on hand

Excellent location and the value for money we got was brilliant, very clean and had everything a family with children needed. Couldn't hadn't have asked for more!

We loved everything

Being brutally honest it was awful, absolutely freezing inside the van, no curtains in the main area to maintain heat in the van. Not cleaned properly either, we had to wipe everything down. old cookers left outside the property that obstructed the way into the property and also other children on the site were put at risk by this being left there who complained in other vans. It was stated to provide bedding, there was no sheets or pillow covers, only duvet covers. Really unhappy and felt like a waste of money and time.

It was nice clean and spacious good size for just 2 of us

It got a lil cold but once we figured out how to work the heaters and the fire was all good and cosy
