Fantastic location all close.

Only thing is can only use the direct access for the beach when the cafe is open until it closes otherwise the gate is fobbed.

Excellent location, the caravan a bit old but clean .

The parking not great if campsite full you could get blocked in , the caravan a bit old , cooker not great even when using the grill.

Ideally located for beach, promenade, local shop, fair attraction and market. Information regarding arrival, stay and departure most helpful as was Michael (Caravan owner). Importantly, slept well! Bed comfortable property clean. Definitely will return to the same caravan in the future. Great value for money.

Slightly outdated decor BUT would not deter us from returning.

Perfect location to ingoldmells market and the beach . The beds were very comfy and the caravan is a good size not cramped would definitely come again
