Bidiya Desert Camp

Everything was amazing ! The beds are so comfortable, hot water, and a baby cot for the little one. Our hosts were very kind and helpful, pure Arabian hospitality ! we enjoyed having chat with them around camp fire every night. We recommend staying here for at least 2 nights to enjoy the dunes day and night. The camp is accessible with a 2WD car.

Die Lage, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war sehr lecker!

Das Zimmer war nicht ordentlich geputzt. Es waren noch Dattelkerne vom Vorgänger auf dem Tisch und auch anderer Müll. Es gab kein warmes Wasser.

Месторасположение. Очень удобно проехать на седане. Гостеприимный хозяин. Все рассказал, показал. Катание на джипе было незабываемо. Впечатлений море!

Il cottage mi è piaciuto, avrei avuto difficoltà a soggiornare nelle camere del resto della struttura. Sono presenti solo due cottage (altri sono in costruzione) molto carini, con pavimento in legno (o simil legno), tetto spiovente, bagno annesso con doccia a raso terra. Pulizia non perfetta (sotto al letto abbiamo trovato la custodia di una go pro). Eravamo gli unici ospiti della struttura, silenzio assoluto. Dune bellissime attorno al camp. Cena e colazione accettabili (frutta, verdure, carne, riso, marmellata, pane). Erano presenti il proprietario, il cuoco che era un tuttofare e un altro inserviente, molto gentili. Gita al tramonto con macchina del proprietario e guidata dallo stesso molto bella. Nella hall presenza di caffè, arance, mele e datteri. Dopo cena accensione fuoco nel cortile con scambio di parole con il proprietario. Raggiungibile con propria macchina anche non 4x4.

Non è presente l'angolo cottura come invece indicato sul sito di booking (è presente solamente un frigorifero e un bricco per far bollire l'acqua per il tè o il caffè). Area del camp in disordine, strutture diverse dai cotteges un pò vecchie (è vero che siamo in mezzo al deserto, però un po' di manutenzione e di ordine non guasterebbero). Prezzi molto alti rispetto a quanto offerto, però è un problema di tutti i camp di quest'area.

De rest… De accommodatie was dubbel geboekt en wij werden in een andere kamer geplaatst. Dit was absoluut niet de kamer die wij wouden en de meneer bij de receptie nam hier geen verantwoordelijkheid voor, was niet vriendelijk en wou ons geen refund geven of ons op een andere manier tegemoet komen. Bij aankomst in de kamer bleek deze alles behalve hygiënisch te zijn. We wouden er absoluut niet douchen en het kraanwater was bruin. Ontbijt opties waren heel minimaal en niks zag er eetbaar uit. Meer kan ik er niet over vertellen omdat we dit ook niet gegeten hebben.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Abdullah und sein Vater schauen für eine persönliche Betreuung und sind sehr lieb. Beim Lagerfeuer kann man über Gott und die Welt sprechen.
