Fantastic holiday park with fabulous facilities - pool, hot tubs, games room, restaurant, gym, playground. Units were new, clean and cleverly designed. Loved how each unit had a fire pit and BBQ 😍 15 minute drive to major attractions, so perfect if you have a car.

Our stay was amazing. Celebrating my daughter’s sweet 16 at this resort was so nice and relaxing. Staff were always friendly and helpful. We will be returning in the future.

We stayed 10 days at this resort. There is a lot to like. The sites are new, level concrete with a solid table and six chairs and a propane fire pit with four chairs. No grass, just nice gravel and some plants. The bathroom and showers are in individual rooms so you have complete privacy. Walk in showers, a wooden bench and hooks. They don’t consistently drain well, so be mindful where you put your things. There is only one trash and recycle site, near the office/market. The market has beverages and snacks and had a few quarts of outrageously priced milk. The pool area is lovely, there are two hot tubs and a fun kids area. There’s also an arcade with some fun games (you have to buy a game card and load it with credits). There’s a pool table in another room but it’s pretty trashed, one stick is broken, no chalk. Two good dog parks with astroturf. One has a few agility structures, and there are dog waste bags and cans throughout the park. The dog parks are very well maintained. The laundry room has machines that use an app for payment. It was easy-and it tells you how much time you have left on each machine. We were pleasantly surprised with the prices and food at the cafe. The pizza was good. The portabella burger, the hummus plate and the club sandwich were good. Nachos were not-tasteless orange goo for cheese. Also veggie burger not so great. The hours were odd but we were there at the end of the season. The shuttle for the living coast discovery center is right next to the park. Cool exhibits, great trails. Know before you go: The cottages are new and cute, but book them well in advance. If you book on-site, they will not honor the price listed on their website, even if most of the cottages are empty. We booked for our daughters to join us at the resort for two weeknights. We paid a premium price-the one listed online for the view cottages-but for a normal cottage. The fire pits are not equipped with propane. Use your own tank, or you can rent one for a fee. If you’d like to check in early (for example, an hour early to a cottage, when 80% of the cottages are empty) there is a fee. If you want to check out a little late, there is a fee. If you want your family members to visit you at your RV site there is a per person/per day fee enter the resort. Most things are accessed using a card key, including the gate to re-enter with your car. Ours didn’t always work at the pool and arcade. This is a lovely RV resort, but I found the extra charges annoying considering the high daily rate. Especially the hassles to have visitors. But I did appreciate that the resort is secure. And the way they handled the cottage rental rates was profit over good customer service. Really disappointing. But I paid it, so I guess the captive audience upsell works out for them.

Facilities - excellent pool with ample sun beds, bar food,and drink was excellent as well. The pool stayed open along with hot tubs till 10. The cottages provided outdoor firepits and BBQ facilities which made it more special.

Cottages were a tad cramp,but overcome by the outdoor verandah and firepits
