Beware of Thieves! We booked an elite site and had $15,000 worth of e-bikes stolen. The thieves used a chair from the POOL BAR to lift our bikes over the fence. At check in they do tell you to lock your bikes , we had our bikes locked and they still were stolen. Very scary experience, I would not stay here again.

The park is very nice but there are some issues. The pool area is filthy no one pick up after themselves, empty beer cans, empty drink ups, fruit slices from cocktails, empty food containers EVERYWHERE. No one was cleaning. They definitely need bussers, because the signs asking guests to clean up after themselves is not working. Also, be on the lookout for wild kids on electric bikes, scooters, go-carts, and golfcarts. I wish I had taken videos of the kids 4-13 riding these things like hey were on a closed track.

Great place to stay for families. Lots of activities for the kids. Very nice property!

Loved the facilities and amenities such as: the fire pit, splash pad, jacuzzi and pool. It was great having restaurants on site as well, we utilized them our first night so convenient.

Cabin could have been cleaner, it was not horrible but things like dirt and dust on the base of the shower doors, pocket door for the bathroom was dirty (I wiped it down myself). Behind the tv was very dusty you could see the dust standing and also on the high window sills in the bedroom. I realize this is not a five-star hotel but when you see little things like this it’s makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the bedding (it seemed to be clean and fresh, I always check for hair). I initially booked two-rooms and one was cancelled by facility because they would not have enough time to clean and prepare additional cabin . In the end it worked out the one cabin had ample space.

The sites are spacious and clean. They have an adult only whirlpool. Dog limit is not monitored. I was there Jan Feb and March and the pool never reached 82. Nice workout room. The WiFi is not good. We had to purchase starlink.

great location

this is supposed to be a family friendly place and there were drunk people screaming profanity everywhere and well past the curfew of 11pm and no staff enforce any rules.
