"Brilliant place! Can't fault it!"

The caravan was lovely! Spacious, clean and very well presented. Smelled lovely on arrival. Huge tv, nice kitchen area, clean fridge will small freezer box, lovely sized bathrooms. Bed linen and towels provided. Had a relaxed, homely feel with its own parking bay. Definitely somewhere we will go back to!

Next time we will bring our own pillows as they weren't very comfy but that's just us. Can't fault the caravan or the owners. Will definitely go back there.

We had just a short stay but I would say everything was OK and you have plenty of things to do around the area

Carpet in living has a dog smell (it is dog friendly but maybe it can be cleaned), it was a bit cold on the first night

It was clean. It was suitable for the purpose of our stay; to bring our grandchildren on holiday

The caravan itself was ok, but the park was awful. The caravans are packed in like sardines and the Haven facilities and the staff were dreadful

Cleanliness, Not far from swimming pool, shops and activities. Excellent customer service! Amazing view! The electric fireplace makes this place special!

It is only a feedback - No blanket - would be nice to have at least 1. Umbrella for use on the terrace and some hooks on room doors would be very useful.

Good location

Not enough information about how / where to get passes for the entertainment/pool etc .. We recommend a night light above the keysafe as we couldn’t see to open it and didn’t have a torch or phone with us.

The mobile home was clean

Some of the basic things missing like tea towels and soap We couldn't get any hot water in the shower & unable to connect to the Internet Twin rooms v. small
