The beach is nice

If I could give zero stars, I would. My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I ate at the hotel's restaurant and contracted a severe case of food poisoning. It is no surprise I got sick, as it became glaringly obvious that they resell old, leftover food from the breakfast buffet to tourists later in the day. While being violently ill away from home is bad enough, the way the hotel handled the situation was downright disgraceful. Instead of offering basic human decency or assistance, the staff were entirely unhelpful, unfriendly, and completely devoid of sympathy. When I reported the issue to management, their immediate reaction was to deflect. They actually demanded that I go to a local clinic to "prove" my illness was food poisoning. To make matters worse, they expected me to pay for this clinic visit entirely out of pocket and refused to even assist with arranging transportation to get me there while I was barely able to stand. To add insult to injury, the manager initially refused to give me his name and then blatantly tried to provide a fake one, claiming his name was "Beer Annumat," to avoid accountability. It is abundantly clear that this establishment only cares about protecting their liability and squeezing money out of their guests, rather than ensuring guest safety and wellbeing. Furthermore, because I was so incredibly ill, I requested a late checkout just so I could rest for a few extra hours before having to travel. Despite the hotel being noticeably empty with plenty of available rooms, they flat-out refused to accommodate my illness and forced me out at the standard time. This hotel prioritizes profits over people and lacks even the most basic level of hospitality. Do yourself a favor, protect your health, and stay anywhere else.

Very scenic views from the room. Isolated from the noise near Tonsai pier as it is at Long Beach which is a short longtail boat ride away which the hotel offers as a complimentary pick up and also for drop after checkout

Breakfast buffet options could be better and the hotel can consider offering a boat taxi service of their own for visits to Tonsai pier

The view from the room wasn't completely clear.

This hotel was in such a nice area of Koh Phi Phi. Hotel staff were really friendly, all rooms have a great view for sunrise and sunset. Staff even arranged birthday decorations in the room. Long boats are provided to and from Tonsai pier before and after your stay. Great beach where you can kayak and snorkel right in front of the resort

La plage magnifique et très bon restaurant

Dommage que pour aller au centre il n’y ait que des taxi boat un peu cher le soir

Il resort è situato in una delle spiagge più belle delle PhiPhi Island. Mare cristallino è proprio di fronte allo shark point. La nostra camera anche se un po’ datata era pulita. E la colazione buona e abbondante.

Peccato però per le parti comuni, giardino abbandonato e pieno di spazzatura lasciata dai turisti maleducati. E anche i lettini in spiaggia sporchi e lasciati andare. Peccato perché con una struttura del genere, e chiamandosi resort ci dovrebbe essere molta più attenzione e cura.

Wow amazing location, amazing hotel and amazing staff

Hotel bien situé, loin du port de Tonsai, ce qui rend l'endroit plus calme. Il y a du transport en bateau à longue queue de disponible pour voyager de l'hôtel au port de Tonsai moyennant des frais (100 baht par personne). La plage de l'hôtel est magnifique, l'eau est turquoise et limpide et la plage est tranquille. Le personnel de l'hôtel était serviable. La vue de la chambre est époustouflante. La chambre est confortable.

Il y avait des mouches lorsque nous allumions les lumières de soir, ce qui est normal à mon avis en Thaïlande. Heureusement nous avions du chasse moustique. L'hôtel nous réfère à un bar en bas pour réserver des tours de bateau. L'employé qui nous a servi était extrêmement bête et nous a mal guidé dans notre choix de tour. Il ne nous regardait même pas en nous parlant. Je ne sais pas si c'est un employé de l'hôtel, mais l'hôtel nous y réfère... C'est la seule fois de notre séjour en Thaïlande que nous avons été mal servi par quelqu'un.
