The hotel can be reached by public ferry from either Rassada Pier in Phuket or Klong Jirad Pier in Krabi. From Phuket: Phuket International Airport is a 1 hour drive from/to Rassada Pier. From the pier, it takes about 2 hours on a public ferry to reach Tonsai Pier on Koh Phi Phi Don. After reaching Tonsai Pier, guests have to take a 10-minute ride on a long-tail boat to Phi Phi The Beach Resort. Public ferry schedules are as follow: Rassada Pier to Tonsai Pier: 08:30 and 13:30 Tonsai Pier to Rassada Pier: 09:00 and 14:30 From Krabi: Krabi International Airport is a 45 minutes drive from/to Klong Jirad Pier. From the pier, it takes about 2 hours on a public ferry to reach Tonsai Pier on Koh Phi Phi Don. After reaching Tonsai Pier, guests have to take about a 10-minute ride on a long-tail boat to Phi Phi The Beach Resort. Public ferry schedules are as follow: Klong Jirad Pier to Ton Sai Pier: 09:00 and 13:30 Tonsai Pier to Klong Jirad Pier: 09:00 and 15:30 Kindly contact the property directly for more details. The resort provides free boat transfer from Phi Phi pier to the resort. Please note that the complimentary service is only available based on the arrival of ferry from Krabi and Phuket. Guests who would like to enjoy this service can contact the resort's staff at the pier. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Personnel à changer!!!"

La plage

Le petit déjeuner pas bon du tout, pas de taxi pour accéder à l’hôtel uniquement des bateaux et le soir très compliqué à trouver car les prix triples, la piscine devant la mer était vide ce n’était pas noté quand on a réservé. On nous a donné une chambre en hauteur accès impossible sans shuttle la dame de la réception nous dit qu’il faut appeler pour demander la navette mais le téléphone ne fonctionne pas, nous avons dû commencer à descendre à pieds avant de trouver quelqu’un. Nous avons prévenue la dame à la réception qui nous a soit disant changé de chambre et « upgrade » mais la chambre était en hauteur avec des escaliers à monter dangereux en pleine nuit… nous avons demandé en compensation le Check out 1h après l’heure (11h) on nous a demandé 200 bath. Le téléphone ne fonctionnait toujours pas dans l’autre chambre pour qu’on puisse appeler demander le shuttle. En revanche il a très bien fonctionné quand elle nous a appelé à 11h03 pour quitter la chambre!!!! Personnel très désagréable pour un hôtel de standing. La seule personne qui était gentille était Thi Ai le réceptionniste du petit déjeuner et le serveur de la plage.

Emplacement idéal, dans le centre ville de KHO PHI PHI mais il donne sur l'autre rive donc aucune nuisance sonore Belle piscine avec vue sur la mer Chambres modernes spacieuses et literie excellente Petit déjeuner les pieds dans le sable ...

Wunderschöne Lage am long beach mit shark point vorm Haus! Super gutes Essen!! Bestes Curry 😍

Wenn man den Hügel raufspaziert zum nächsten Hotel am „Berg“ wandert man durch Müllhalden! Bitte Personal schulen, dass nicht nur am Strand aufgeräumt gehört🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻es ist euer Land und wunderschön - müllt es doch nicht so zu! Sonst werdet ihr wie Bali den boomerang retour kriegen und es werden immer weniger Touristen kommen🫣

Great location, great beach secluded but with easy access to the main town via long tail boat. Nice room with great views Good dive school and boat trips to Maya bay. Great food in the restaurant and bar right on the beach

Could have more food options for kids
