The hotel can be reached by public ferry from either Rassada Pier in Phuket or Klong Jirad Pier in Krabi. From Phuket: Phuket International Airport is a 1 hour drive from/to Rassada Pier. From the pier, it takes about 2 hours on a public ferry to reach Tonsai Pier on Koh Phi Phi Don. After reaching Tonsai Pier, guests have to take a 10-minute ride on a long-tail boat to Phi Phi The Beach Resort. Public ferry schedules are as follow: Rassada Pier to Tonsai Pier: 08:30 and 13:30 Tonsai Pier to Rassada Pier: 09:00 and 14:30 From Krabi: Krabi International Airport is a 45 minutes drive from/to Klong Jirad Pier. From the pier, it takes about 2 hours on a public ferry to reach Tonsai Pier on Koh Phi Phi Don. After reaching Tonsai Pier, guests have to take about a 10-minute ride on a long-tail boat to Phi Phi The Beach Resort. Public ferry schedules are as follow: Klong Jirad Pier to Ton Sai Pier: 09:00 and 13:30 Tonsai Pier to Klong Jirad Pier: 09:00 and 15:30 Kindly contact the property directly for more details. The resort provides free boat transfer from Phi Phi pier to the resort. Please note that the complimentary service is only available based on the arrival of ferry from Krabi and Phuket. Guests who would like to enjoy this service can contact the resort's staff at the pier. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Good stay, not perfect"

Great location, on a calm and beautiful beach, staff was helpful and the restaurant really efficient. They took us to the cabin by car everytime we asked for it. Towels and amenities were changed everyday and complimentary minibar was great. Heart shaped eggs were so cute!

Our bathroom had a bad smell that got worst over the days. It was cleaned everyday, bur it was probably a smell from the pipes. Breakfast was ok, we wished for better fruit and some pastries and other types of bread. In general it was good, just some minor complaint to be perfect.

"Breath taking views!"

The views from the room are breath taking! The staff are also friendly and the breakfast is quite good (the egg station is a particular highlight). Although it was a bit of an inconvenience getting long boats to and from the main part of the island, it was nice to be away from all of the noise.

The bathroom does not have AC so it can get very stuffy. Bugs and geckos can get through the cracks in the room, but reception were very helpful with removing them.
