Avoid if you expect comfort. The room was full of lizards and insects, and when we complained, the hotel only offered a lower-quality room with no refund or compensation. Management was rude staff was so so rude and uncooperative. Extremely disappointing for the price paid.

Emplacement exilé du centre faut compter 200 a 300 bahts pour rejoindre le centre , plein de moustiques personnel notamment un Mr qui loue le matériel pour snorkeling antipathique, nous avons deja visité koh phi phi mais cet établissement nous a gâché notre sejour . Un conseil y a plein de choix meilleur pres du centre

This was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The hotel turns off almost all lights after 11 PM, and when we came back from town around midnight, the whole area was completely dark. We couldn’t even find our room for more than 45 minutes because no lights were working on the paths. The location is also very far from town with no proper transportation provided by the hotel. The staff were not friendly or helpful at all. The worst part was having to walk and swim through water with our luggage just to reach the taxi boat to the pier. Our clothes and bags got wet before even starting our trip back. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend staying here.

Infinite pool is close for long time! Only have a little pool and they don’t warn about it in the booking.

We really enjoyed our stay at Phi Phi Beach Resort. A lot quieter than the main area in Phi Phi, so if you want chill, relaxed rustic island vibes this is a good place. We had a sea view villa, amazing views, very comfortable bed and linen. Daily housekeeping and everything was very clean. Quite hilly to get to some of the villas, so if you struggle with mobility or hill walks you might want a villa closer to the beach and restaurant. They do have transport which we saw some people use but we didnt use it. Great that they included free long boat transfer to the resort from the main pier. Staff were very friendly. Shout out to Thiha (hope i spelt that correctly) who was very bubbly and friendly. We went on a boat trip to Maya Beach and Phi Phi Lay from the Let's Sea Bar next to the resort. Great trip, good value and the captain took us to an awesome snorkeling area that was fantastic and quieter. Loved the towel art elephants housekeeping did. Very unique 😊

It was low season, so not many people, but maybe playing some background music in the restaurant and bar area for some ambience would be nice. Having Insect spray available in the rooms.. And brighter lighting in the bathroom.
