Yandina Caravan Park

Check in and out for us, unfortunately in closed office periods, however the check in the recive our keys was straightforward and easy to access. Amazingly modern, clean room, kitchen and bathroom in our 1 bedroom villa (unit 15). We would have happily stayed longer now knowing the presentation of the villa was excellent, and will return another time due to exceptional cleanliness, and location to beautiful cafes, and stores nearby.

We understand that businesses have refurbishment from time to time, and currently excavation and machine work was happening next to us. The work being carried out was nothing that hindered or interrupted our stay, as the upgrade bound to come from refurbishment will mean more guests have modern facilities and comforts.

We booked from booking.com, and when we booked it was a room 36m2 and parking one bed, when we arrived it tuned out just a grass and concrete camping ground for us, when we booked a day ago no sign of informing it’s camping ground(we thought was a cabin) we try contact and then nobody answer the phone, it’s false advertising from the booking and they don’t refund my money

When initially booking there is no indication that the room is actually a powered site, after reading other reviews I already know the person looking and replying will say that it is not their fault nor issue how booking.com displays the "room" and will tell you how much actual cabins beginning prices are but honestly I think if enough people are booking the site without realising what they are paying for that should be something to make you look into making it more obvious. The no refund policy is also a big let down considering the fact there is no indication until after the booking is made. Apart from that i have no comments on the facility itself and just feel lucky to have been able to book elsewhere for same night stays.

Bathrooms and toilet , nice and clean. Caravan park is clean and friendly staff.

People were smoking at the bbq area right beside the pool where my kids were swimming. There was no sign to say they couldn't so I couldn't ask them to move away. I feel there is a need to sign that area is not for smoking, it wasn't very nice.

Great location, can easily walk into town. Room was clean and comfortable. Easy booking system and prompt communication from staff. Would definitely stay again.
