Yandina Caravan Park

The villas are modern and are well equipped. The pool and BBQ area are very accessible and they are a great place to gather.

Location was good, handy to Zoo and local shops/supermarket.

Arrived in the afternoon and offices shut. No emailed instructions on how to access the gate. 3 people were stood watching me try and work the gate. Phoned the available contact number - no response. Turns out one of the 3 was the park manager. They eventually strolled up to assist. We were not told instructions on how the gate system worked and ended up locked out of the gates later that evening. Went to initially park and neighbouring property had their car in the main through road. Asked them to move so I could park in our allocated spot and was told management told them to leave it there as they didn’t have a parking space. Had to reverse and then go wrong way around the pool area. As first impressions on arriving it was pretty poor service.
