We stayed at Hedgehope Retreat as a family, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The interior was lovely, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere. The WiFi was excellent, which made it easy to stay connected during our stay. Additionally, the entire place was impeccably clean, and we found the neighbors to be very friendly and accommodating. Ellie, our dog, loved exploring the area. The location was perfect for the various places we visited, making our stay even more convenient. Our trip coincided with our 9th anniversary, and I had forgotten about Father's Day, so waking up to Father's Day gifts made the occasion even more special. Overall, Hedgehope Retreat exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

"Fabulous time at the retreat"

Sarah and Jack made us feel very welcome with the lovely birthday welcome, waiting for us/me. Hedgehope retreat is super clean and cosy. Well furnished and laid out. There is everything you need there for self-catering if you don't intend to eat out. The location is excellent and it was a pleasure to stay there. I thoroughly recommend hedgehope retreat to anyone who wants a quiet, relaxing break away.

The property was very comfortable inside, with all the utilities we could ask for. In a very nice location with balcony views overlooking an area of trees. Had two lovely nights here, coming back to a heated home from some awful weather.

Had problems getting in initially due to a rusty lock box. Some dusty parts such as around the lights in the bedrooms.
