We recently stayed at Hill of Oaks on Lake Windermere, and it was absolutely perfect in every way. The lodge itself had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and it’s also very dog-friendly, which made the trip even better for us. The surroundings are simply stunning—lush, peaceful, and ideal for unwinding and escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The holiday park is truly one of the best places we’ve stayed; the atmosphere is welcoming, and everyone we met was incredibly friendly. A special mention has to go to the café, which serves amazing coffee (and plenty of other delicious options too!). We even took the opportunity to go for a swim in the lake, which made the whole experience even more memorable. I would highly recommend Hill of Oaks to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway—we’ll definitely be returning again!

"It’s the perfect place to rest and unwind… I’m glad I chose the lakeside pod… the view was great… the decking was great"

The location was PERFECT… the Pod was just right…and the time I was there it was quiet.. great for dog walks… Dio LOVED it.. I LOVED it 🥰
