We have just returned from a lovely stay in a comfy pod. The attention to the small details made a huge difference like toiletries, towels, bed linen, a fully compact kitchen with absolutely everything you need I honestly can’t fault it

The sofa bed was abit uncomfortable but I’m being very critical as I can’t think of anything else to say

No WiFi . The property will add starlink but should not advertise that WiFi is available as it’s a known problem.

The location was absolutely wonderful and the cottage itself was lovely — we had a great stay overall. However, the check-in experience left a lot to be desired. Check-in is at 4pm, and we had informed them in advance that we were travelling from London with a 1-year-old and a dog. Despite being on the premises and waiting, no effort was made to prioritise our cottage or even manage our expectations. A simple phone call could have made all the difference. We ended up checking in after 5pm, which was exhausting and really challenging with a tired toddler and a dog after a long journey. A little extra consideration would have gone a long way.
